Why volunteer for BCMH??

I am a great believer in volunteering from childhood, many years ago.

It makes life interesting, gives you something to do and learn but also

gives us the wonderful opportunity to make a difference to someone's life.

Wouldn't you like to meet new people?

Help someone feel that they have someone to rely on and are no on their

own.

It helps break down barriers around mental health which can often be

good although when you mentioned the word mental everyone starts to

assume you are talking about something bad - mental ill health.

Volunteering with BCMH will help develop your understanding.

After all we do all have mental health.

No health without mental health
